Smart-e Limited has announced a new 3 year warranty on all its products.
The UK audio visual switching and distribution designer and manufacturer took the decision to provide the 3-year warranty on all equipment because, as managing director Jon Lane says, “We have total confidence in our range of AV equipment and had effectively been offering an extended warranty service for years, as on the rare occasion our equipment fails we always repair or replace any faulty product.”

The warranty applies to all Smart-e equipment and is backdated to all products purchased from 1st April 2008. It provides buyers with the knowledge that should a defect in manufacture occur on any Smart-e product, the company will rectify such defects or provide a replacement during the three year warranty period, without charge. www.smart-e.co.uk
